David McCullough at the Chicago Public Library

In honor of the opening of the new American Writers Museum, David McCullough will read from and discuss his new book, The American Spirit: Who We Are and What We Stand For, a collection of his speeches that remind us of lasting American values. Dr. McCullough will sign copies of the book. Purchase of The American Spirit is required if attendees wish to have personal copies of earlier McCullough works signed. This event is free and open to the public.
