"Sing, Unburied, Sing: A Conversation with Jesmyn Ward"
For this Family Action Network event, Jesmyn Ward, Associate Professor of Creative Writing at Tulane University and Recipient of the 2011 National Book Award for Fiction, will discuss her work with WBEZ's Natalie Moore, who is the author of The South Side: A Portrait of Chicago and American Segregation.. Ms. Ward is the author of Salvage the Bones as well as The Men We Reaped, The Fire This Time, and the forthcoming novel Sing, Unburied, Sing, This event is free and open to the publlic. The Book Stall will have books for sale and Ms. Ward will be happy to sign copies of her work.
